In addition to syringes, vials of blood, and other medical waste, investigators found rooms filled with medical records, including documents containing social security numbers and other sensitive data. The documents belong to several different health care facilities and providers, and it is unclear how or why they ended up at the property. Authorities, including the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, are currently investigating the incident.
